Meet the Staff

Kevin M. Johnson MD FACS & John P. Lundeby MD FACS are General and Vascular Surgeons practicing as Lake City Surgeons in Coeur d' Alene, and founders of Reflections Med Spas. Dr. Lundeby and Dr. Johnson are graduates of the University of Washington School of Medicine, and are board certified Fellows of the American College of Surgeons.

Kelly Richardson, Reflections Med Spas Executive Director Kelly has over 15 years experience as a business owner and business consultant with a background in commercial real estate. As a graduate of University of Washington she has had many opportunities in various industries to specialize in start up businesses, turn-arounds, and rapid growth and acquisitions strategies. After years of this experience she opened, managed and operated a day spa in Spokane Washington. After joining Reflections Med Spas Kelly has facilitated rapid growth and the acquisition of our most recent Spokane location. She handles the fiscal health, advertising and operations of both Reflections Med Spas facilities. Kelly’s experience in the spa and medical industry are a perfect fit for our company. She continues to research the latest available technologies and services to bring our patients the cutting edge medical spa services available. Her passion for the company’s fiscal health is only matched by her enthusiastic interest of the med spa industry itself.

Sarah Hamilton - Injection Specialist Sarah Hamilton is a Registered & Aesthetic Nurse with 13 years experience. Sarah has trained many physicians and nurses throughout the Northwest on Injection techniques and has extensive experience with lasers and skin care. Her approach is to provide each client with a natural, youthful result without looking “overdone”. Sarah specializes in the Liquid Face Lift which includes Botox, Fillers, Laser resurfacing and skin tightening. She works closely and is directly supervised by Drs. Johnson and Lundeby in patient treatment planning and follow up care. Sarah is an advocate of continuing education and trainings that lead the evolving Aesthetic industry. Sarah’s hobbies include running, skiing and spending time with her husband, son and two daughters.

Nancy Andrews - Injection Specialist Nancy Andrews has been a registered nurse for over 27 years. She has experience in Intensive Care, Emergency Room, Home Health, OB, Medical Surgical, Surgery, the Helicopter Emergent Flight Program, Aesthetics and Laser. Nancy is certified in Laser, Injectables, ER, ICCU, ACLS, BLS and TNCC. In the last three years Nancy has dedicated herself to the aesthetic industry where she specializes in Lasers, Botox and Fillers. She is directly supervised by and works closely with Drs. Johnson and Lundeby in patient treatment planning and follow up care. Nancy has attended many classes throughout the United States and is determined to get the best result with the most advanced laser technology and Injectable methods. Nancy has developed techniques in preventing, correcting and improving the aging process. Nancy resides on a farm with her husband and three sons, her hobbies include horse backriding and animal rescue.
